Collaborative Action provides training in negotiation and challenging conversations for artists and arts organizations. Drawing on the best ideas developed by the Harvard Negotiation Project, we offer engaging, skills-based workshops that are both academically rigorous and practical.

It is our conviction that the ability to influence others while improving relationships—even in difficult situations—is a skill that can be mastered.
